Q: What is the difference between All-in-One, All-in-Two and Split solar street lights?
A: All in one solar street light mean all components are composed in one house, it's easy for installation.
All in two solar street lights means solar panel is separate, other parts including LED, Battery and Controller are integrated in one house. This type is limited by the battery house.
Separate solar street lights mean solar panel, battery and controller are all separated.
Q: Which solar street light is best for highways and main roads?
A: Before limited by solar panel efficiency and size, Separate solar street light is more suitable for high ways. Now along with the increasing efficiency of solar panel, the Suntisolar All In One Type is more suitable because it can use maximum 330W solar panel and 25.6V 90Ah battery.

Q: What is the MOQ and production lead time?
A: For 1st time we don't limit Solar street light MOQ, we can support 1 pcs shipping for customer to test quality. Lead time is commonly 2 to 3 weeks.
Q: What payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?
A: We accept Solar street light FOB price, CFR Price and EXW Price. Payment terms is TT 50% Deposit, 50% balance before shipping.
Q: How many units fit in a 20ft / 40ft container?

Q: Does the solar street light need cabling, and how long does installation take?
A: All In One Solar street light installation does not need cabling, that's why it's more convenient for projects.
Q: What is the warranty period and how do I claim it?
A: We offer 5 years Solar street light warranty. When there were any quality issue, we will need to you send us photo, also check the controller signal light working conditions, by this we could judge what the problem come from. We will send you spare parts for replacement. But before that, every order 100 pcs quantity, we will send 1 spare parts of battery and controller together with shippment, thus you could have some spare parts in stock to replace on time.
