What is advantage of 25.6V system comparing with 3.2V system?
Comparison of 25.6V VS 3.2V System
To reach same power 100W for example
The 25.6V system working current would be 100/25.6=3.9A
The 3.2V system working current would be 100/3.2=31.25A.
The big current of 3.2V System will cause high pressure for the system, high working temperature and big energy loss, then higher failure rate.
Besides that, the reason why they use 3.2V system is the cell they used is 2nd hand battery. These types cells can not be series connected to 25.6V system, because series connection has high demands of cell voltage and resistance consistency.
FAQ
What is the advantage of 5050 chips comparing with 3030 chips?
5050 chips efficiency and cost are higher, the 5050 chips we used can reach 260lm/W efficiency. With complete luminary, the efficiency can reach 240lm/W. Maximum efficiency for 3030 luminary is 210lm/W.
