The dispatched order is built on Suntisolar's best-selling Z88 series 100W all-in-one solar street light. Every unit was factory-tested and packed with the complete accessory kit before loading, ensuring the container arrives ready for fast deployment. Leveraging in-house production and rigorous logistics management, a single 40HQ container can be configured to hold up to 554 sets, enabling large-scale projects to be fulfilled with predictable lead times and reliable, on-time shipment.
The Z88 100W all-in-one integrates the solar panel, battery, LED module and smart controller into one compact, maintenance-free unit that can be installed by unskilled labor within five minutes. Powered by 40 high-efficiency 5050 LED chips with a luminous efficacy of up to 240 lm/W - 30% higher than conventional modules - it delivers 9,600–11,200 lm through an IP68-rated, fully waterproof LED module. The high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon panel achieves an 18% conversion efficiency and a 25-year working life with less than 1% annual power depreciation. A replaceable Grade A lithium-ion battery module provides more than 8 years of service, while the built-in MPPT smart controller delivers no less than 99.8% tracking efficiency and 98% DC-DC conversion. With IP66 whole-unit protection, Grade-12 typhoon wind resistance (209 km/h), 7–10 days of continuous operation on cloudy and rainy days, and a 5-year warranty, the Z88 100W is engineered to perform reliably under the world's harshest conditions.
The shipment is backed by Suntisolar's proven delivery record in more than 40 countries, including the 6,000-unit Mexico government project - the largest solar street light project in Mexico - the 12,000-unit government project in the Middle East, and successful participation in UNOPS tenders.
